I send flowers to my mom at Summerset Assisted Living. When I ordered I accidentally gave the wrong card number. The person that called me was very polite. She also informed me that glass vases are no longer allowed at Summerset. Luckily I had chosen a beautiful bouquet in a basket so no problem, but I was glad she let me know the rules. Mom loved the flowers and my sister who lives nearby and took a picture of the arrangement. Very satisfied and will definitely order again.

DO NOT ORDER from Lincoln Florist and Gifts! I placed an order for my parents' 50th Anniversary and they 1) failed to deliver the flowers; 2) failed to contact my mother on the day of delivery to schedule re-delivery (I provided them her phone number); and 3) failed to give me ANY update on delivery status, including the fact that they didn't deliver the flowers as scheduled.
