You need tell people the flowers have been delivered. It’s not hard.
We specifically sought out a local florist to send a cross-country aunt flowers for her birthday. Yellow tulips are her favorite, so we went with the deluxe arrangement, which appeared to be 18-ish beautiful blooms. What was delivered was the basic arrangement, with 12 blooms, and not even well arranged. It looks like twelve tulips from the flower distributor, thrown into a vase. Absolutely not worth the over $100 we paid for a deluxe arrangement. We are now looking for a new florist in Spokane for our future needs.
The arrangement was not what I purchased. I purchased the larger more expensive arrangement due to the large yellow roses. The arrangement that was delivered did not have but 2 very small buds stuck in as an “after thought”. I won’t order from City Lilac again.
Who ever called my mom to deliver the flowers spoiled her surprise. They also almost missed her at work even though I ordered them the previous day to allow adequate time for delivery. I’m not sure who my tip went to but they def did not meet expectations
