Very unhappy .. spoke with the owner he was going to provide a discount for the order being delayed and then after seeing a picture of the flowers it was not what I ordered and I also requested a clear vase vs blue and it arrived with blue vase. Never got any type of refund.
Ordering flowers for your Mother's funeral is very hard. All I could do was describe her, and her artistic tastes. The designer was free to be creative from there. To say she got it right would be a huge understatement. They couldn't have been more perfect. Plus, when I saw them and started crying, I was given the biggest hug. My boyfriend got these flowers for me as my dog passed away just yesterday. He was very clear about the situation and that we have 3 cats in our house, he specifically expressed the importance of a cat safe bouquet. He was initially going to order a bouquet of white roses, as he did his own research and found that they were non-toxic.
