Disappointed! Roses look like the were old. Arrangement won't last with roses that are way to open. And the balloons asked for 5 different and got these. Next time 1-800

I don't like writing bad reviews but this place really messed up. Maybe it was just a bad week for them or something. The flower arrangements that were ordered for my fathers funeral never arrived. They were ordered 8 days in advance so there was no excuse. When I contacted them about it, they offered to deliver them to my house. The funeral had already taken place 2 days before! I was very disappointed when the arrangement I selected arrived in a different vase. When I called to let them know, they stated that the vase I ordered was out of stock. However, they never called me with the information to select another vase. Also, she was condescending. I will never use them again.

Don't buy a gift card from them or they will claim it is expired. Don't order flowers either unless you want the owner to enter your house when you are not home. Simply rude people. Safeway, King Soopers, or Flowers From the Farm are far better choices in Windsor.

Bought Valentine's Day flowers for my wife from here. I recommend using this place as long as you are ok with only getting 20% of the flowers that they advertise that you will get. Their website is extremely misleading on the quantity of flowers that you will get when you receive your flowers. This is the second time that I've had issues at this shop. I called this place to order flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day (3 days from today). Ironically, an hour later, flowers were delivered to our doorstep. I was confused, so I called the shop and asked if they had delivered flowers by mistake early. The employee also was confused, and ultimately said "I'm so sorry. What would you like us to do?" That is a direct quote...leading me to believe this was confirmation of a mistake. I chuckled and said..."Well, I'd like for flowers to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day."... read more

I used to love this place, especially for getting my daughter a cute little wrist corsage for special occasions, but this year I was not pleased. Usually there are multiple little flowers and it runs right around $20. This year, there were three tiny white roses, already browning when I picked it up and just lots of ribbon to make up for what it lacked in flowers. Worst part was the price is now $30. It is ridiculously overpriced and the quality is nothing like it has been in the past.

I have to admit that the flowers for my wedding party, while not the colors I requested, were beautiful and the prices were reasonable. I felt misled that this was a TeleFlora florist and had a lot of trust in this vendor, as a result. As it turned out, working with them locally meant that I had no protection through TeleFlora. And, because my wedding was more than 100 miles from home, my credit card offered no protection either. And, I needed protection. I found these guys via the web to send my mom flowers on Mother's day. My credit card was charged and I got an email confirmation about the mother's day flowers, but somehow my poor mom never got any flowers despite being home all day to receive them. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed, but the real frustration came later when the business owners refused to refund me and kept insisting they would just deliver the flowers. I've never seen such awful business practices in my life!
