I'm shocked to see a one star review. Peggy is a master at arrangements, give her a price and an idea and see will run with it. I've done business here for years and most recently my wedding. It was simply magical...I loved everything!

My nephew recently had surgery. I wanted to send him some balloons when he was released from the hospital. I called this store and told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They lady who took my call asked me if I wanted to add some chocolates to my order and I told her no since he had had throat surgery and I wasn't sure he could eat them. Used for condolence delivery for client. So caring and helpful. Emailed status and receipt. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely use again.

My fiancé got me flowers from here for Valentine's Day and they were awful! He payed $60 for a few carnations and a dead rose thrown into a vase when what they advertised was much more elaborate. In addition, I am also a florist and was so disappointed to receive these flowers. At my place of business I had several complaints about flowers that were received from here and I was asked to make something that was actually similar to there online postings. Flowers, like alcohol, are there during both happy and sad times. So, these flowers were to bring joy during bereavement. The flowers I had received were to have my mother's favorite colors. However, it was clear that the small roses were not even going to open. 10 stars out of 5 for exceptional customer service to make it right. They promised a next day replacement, but so happens they had a delivery today anyway. Within 30 minutes, I had a new replacement. Garbage. Look at what I ordered for my moms 82nd birthday vs what they delivered. AVOID! AVOID! Looks like about the level of quality I could achieve when I was 5. Not good guys.

After using this shop for years they tell me that they can't get my orders filled that I placed and was sent a confirmation for both orders. I don't want to hear excuses. They don't deserve your business.

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's birthday dinner and requested it to have irises and be a "low arrangement" for a dining table. The woman taking my order said they had "5 irises" and she could add some "purple tulips". When she came back with a price of $74.06 I asked her if this would "be a nice big arrangement for the price". She assured me it would be. This used to be my absolute favorite flower shop but new owners are not florists. The flowers I received two days ago are wilted. I've already thrown away 5 and the bouquet will not make it until tomorrow. A travesty for $72. Also the bouquet looked sparse when delivered. Try Safeway or King Soopers for nice flowers in Windsor.
