I revived flowers on my birthday. When they arrived they were already wilting and dying. The flower arrangement was poorly put together. It wasn't worth the money. Don't waste your money - they don't care about the product they sell. Looks nothing like the pictures on the website. Highly disappointed on their quality and arrangement.

I was a first time customer to Kathryn's. I've always bought my wife a single red rose on V day so I called ahead and emphasized that I was paying with a debit card. I was given the all clear by whoever I spoke with and that my total would be $5.25. Upon arrival, I was informed that there is a $15 minimum purchase for debit cards and that I needed to buy more. My mother was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery. I tried to get flowers delivered to her. It also happened to be Valentine's Day, so I know the florists were busy and I was willing to accept delivery the next day. However, as I tried to work with the person to get a nice arrangement, she become very rude and actually said they didn't have time to deal with this and hung up on me!

Crappy "substitution" of what could have been the same beautiful arrangement that I thought I was ordering... Looked like a sad, half-attempt at an arrangement. I should have let my 7 year old arrange it. Since when is a 1" daisy a "perfectly acceptable" substitution for a 4 or 5 inch sunflower??? That's $50 I wish I had back! Never again!
