I have used Kathryn's several times and I have never been disappointed! My wife loves the arrangements she has received from them. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I mostly order over the phone and if I have any substitutions they have obliged.

My arrangement arrived and it was so fresh and so beautiful! The flowers were amazing!! I will definitely make sure my fiance orders from here every time!

I ordered flowers here, and they arrived to the person fast, and were in a nice arrangement. They didn't last as long as I'd hoped, but not especially short, either. The staff were friendly in helping me pick out what I wanted to get.

This place will scam you and take your money! Very poor customer service. My daughter had her first child Friday evening so I went online to put together a flower arrangement to send her since I am sick and unable to visit her or the baby in the hospital. I placed the order for Saturday delivery. On Saturday morning I received a call saying they did not have the order I placed but offered substitutions instead. As a business owner in Lynchburg I am HURT by the customer service I received after costing another local business. I visited Kathryn's Flowers one weekday morning. I was seeking a specific color but the flower type itself did not matter. Everything I inquired about the saleswoman would cut me off mid sentence stating the price as if I could not afford what I was seeking. She shouted at me "100 roses? THATS LIKE 700 dollars !" I ordered flowers for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. I went through a 3rd party and picked the arrangement I wanted. The order was sent to Kathryn's for arranging and delivery. When I received a picture of the arrangement from my daughter-in-law, it looked nothing like the arrangement I picked out! The only similarity were the yellow roses and carnations. I ordered flowers for a long time insurance agent who had to spend a couple of weeks in the hospital. I liked the blue truck with the succulents in them for a man so everyone in the office agreed and we ordered. The next day I was speaking to the agents wife and she sent me a picture of the flowers. We received a fruit basket from a relative as a sympathy gift to recognize the passing of our mother. The fruit was of poor quality - mostly seconds. They be fine for flowers but avoid sending fruit.

I was very disappointed with their product. It looked nothing like the picture on their website. The "regular" item had white roses, light pink roses and many lilies and other flowers. All like pinks and whites. I ordered the deluxe and the bouquet had one type of rose, and it was dark pink to purple. The arrangement had only two lilies and even had some dark blue flowers. I got less in the deluxe (while paying $20 more), than what was shown for the regular item, and their substitutions were really bad. I will not giv... read more
