this place of buisness is owned and operated by a woman that is very unprofessional. i ordered flowers for V-day and was told they would be delivered before 2pm. They did not arrive until 4:15 pm. when i called to see where they were i was told they would call me back and that they were going to call the driver . An hour later i called them to speak with the owner. the owner then argued with me...

Limited Selections I went to Karen's to have them do an arrangement for a funeral service. They had a very limited number of flowers to choose from. I also found the same exact arrangement for less at another florist and they would not match the price. I was so excited to see a new florist in our neighborhood and was hoping for a better turn out. Needless to say I choose another florist to do my arrangement!
