I originally called to have a get well bouquet delivered and out of stress selected the wrong date. The florist shared she was just about to call me and ask why a “get well bouquet“ was being sent a week after the date the order was placed. I really appreciated that. The arrangement is beautiful and the family loved it.
Very good experience with Karen’s Floral Expressions! Ordered online in morning and they were able to deliver a beautiful arrangement same day. They were out of particular base and called me to discuss appropriate replacement with no extra charge. Would highly recommend!
I purchased the Full of Love Bouquet for my mom and received the Full of Garbage Bouquet instead. Could have put this arrangement together myself for $30 at Jewel.
I appreciate that I was greeted with a smile and friendly customer service. I can tell that they are trying to a good job and do right by the customer. It’s a busy season right now with high school dances and they were able to accommodate my needs quickly. I always appreciate small businesses that are willing to go the extra mile. I will be back and I recommend this floral shop!
Ordered flowers from Karen’s website. I was charged delivery fee & wire fee (I used a credit card on their website not a bank wire transfer). Not sure why so expensive. I paid $168.15 for flowers I could’ve got from Jewel for $30. Not recommend here.
