Newest review 2023. I have been married for 19 years, tomorrow. I have been allover the United States over the last 20 years and I can honestly say that this florist, in the nice little town of Enterprise Alabama, is the best I've ever went to. The arrangements are amazing, the prices are good and the customer service is second to none! The gentleman that owns this place is amazing and so is his staff. My boyfriend had flowers delivered to me from Ivywood Florist. They deliver on base and called me ahead of time to make sure I would be home. The flower arrangement was gorgeous and better than anything you will get at a grocery store. Highly recommend these beautiful arrangements for a special someone!
My son ordered flowers delivered to his girlfriend. The bouquet was beautiful and she loved them! The store didn’t get their flower delivery that day and the owner had to drive far to another wholesaler, so the delivery was completed in the evening but my son was grateful they arrived the day they were supposed to. The store didn’t call him to indicate any issues, so I’d just give them a call to verify the order on the day of delivery.
If I could put 0 stars, I would. I started contacting Ivywood in early January about them doing the flowers for my wedding and at first they were responsive but that quickly dwindled. After a couple emails where they said they’d be happy to do the flowers for us, I went up there in person to set up a formal consultation. The woman there took down my information and told me the owner was the only one who could set those up and he was not in but to give them a call the following week.
