Normally I don't leave reviews but this one is an exception. Very satisfied with the overall service. The staff was professional down to the delivery! Highley recommended.
I would like to share that our experience with this florist was a stellar one. The owner, Pete, was fully booked with orders and unlike other florists who could not take our order, Pete was willing to add just one more corsage to all the rest of his orders. And because he did, this Daddy was able to get his little girl her Homecoming corsage. Pete told us that a greater part of the problem was a flower supply issue. We live in another state but needed to send flowers for a viewing in Enterprise. We placed the order in the afternoon for the next morning delivery. They were so extremely helpful in helping us choose an appropriate arrangement at the right price. After a consult, I even received a personal call from the florist working on the arrangement to go over ideas to be sure we would be 100% satisfied with our purchase. We just received a gorgeous arrangement from Ivywood in memory of my dad's wife. Absolutely fresh and stunningly lovely.
The owner of this establishment always goes the extra mile to make sure your flowers are beautiful and delivered on time. I have ordered flowers at least 10 times and his dedication never wavers!! Gorgeous arrangements! Can't say enough good about them.
These guys are great! I usually call and ask for their best effort with maybe a little direction and they do a wonderful, artful job every time. They are my go-to florist in Enterprise AL. Much better value than anything you can get over the internet.
My son is getting married today. I am in Oregon and he is tere in AL. Kind of a last minute thing but I wanted my future daughter in law to have something beautiful. I called yesterday and they put together a nice bouquet. I couldn't have asked for better. They were so nice on the phone and helpful. I had a limited budget and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. I can't thank them enough.
