Hughes has always been my go-to-florist in the Chesapeake and Portsmouth area. I have never been disappointed (especially with me living out of state). The flowers are fresh and the plants very healthy. I highly recommend Hughes for any of your floral needs. You will not be disappointed.

The arrangement I ordered was absolutely gorgeous!!! I opted to pick up in person instead of delivery, and I am so glad I did. The shop is clean and beautiful and the woman who assisted me was delightful. I did almost miss the parking lot (apologies to the guy behind me) but I have definitely found my go-to florist!
