I have used these ladies on several occasions, for a dozen roses, a single, even arrangements. Very very convenient location too, corner of Grant & Sunshine, driveway on both streets! Very friendly, great selection too
I called from out of state to order a last minute funeral arrangement for a friends mother who passed away. The lady I spoke to was so kind and helpful. The arrangement was delivered promptly and I received an email confirmation within an hour of ordering the flowers! Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I ordered a small arrangement for a dear friend who was in the hospital. The lady at the shop assured me they had the flowers in stock and they will get the arrangement put together and get it over to the hospital. My friend was just delighted to receive the flowers and commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you!

Ordered online from another state. The process was easy. My sis loved her birthday flowers. She said they were fresh, fragrant, and beautiful. Order was delivered on time. So happy I chose this place. Thank you for making my sister's day!

Very helpful on the phone (I live in Michigan). The day after Mother's Day when stock was very low, they came through with a lovely (upgraded) basket of mixed plants and flowers. The basket was sent to the funeral home very promptly. My daughter loved the dragonfly that was with the planter. Very thoughtful edition that can be kept and repurposed even after the plants are done. A photo of the basket was sent to me so I could see the finished product.

Excellent experience all the way around. I'm in Texas and my daughter is in grad school in Springfield. Chose House of Flowers because of the reviews. Kari was incredible! I am from out of town visiting for a friends wedding. I made and delivered the wedding cake but I needed flowers for the style of cake I was making. House of flowers saved us. Trish was patient and helped us find exactly what we needed! Thanks!
