Couldn’t complete the order. Accepted or was sent an order for Tooele and called in the day it was supposed to be delivered to let me know that they were too far away to deliver. Left me scrambling to find a florist who could accommodate me, which of course meant more money out of my pocket.

Paul, we are so sorry. Yes, Tooele has very limited shops. You ordered at 10:00 p.m. on the 18th. We opened at 9:00 a.m. and called you at 9:30 a.m. to tell you there wasn't a shop that was accepting orders. If it were a weekday, I have a family member who lives out that way and will take deliveries. For the future, if you give us more notice, we can usually get this taken care of for you.
I didn’t mind they didn’t have the order ready when I asked it to be but I was a bit disappointed in some of the flower quality. They looked dead.

We value your input. We were waiting for new flowers to arrive and would have been happy to change anything you didn’t like before you left. Also, when you picked up the order, we asked you how it looked and if there was anything you didn't like. We would have been happy to change it.
Ordered to be delivered when they'd be home after 3:30 pm. They delivered them FOUR HOURS EARLY at 11:30 am. Bought most expensive option and got mostly fill in green stuff rather than bright cheery YELLOW arrangement that I picked out. NOT at all like the website picture.
