costumer service great fast delivery The flower arrangements are very pretty, the flowers are fresh. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because two of my orders were not exactly like the photo.

The flowers sent did not look like the arrangement I picked. Orange roses instead of yellow and very little else. I loved the picture but these were not that. Inform your customers when you can't match the picture online. Yellow was picked for a reason. I use you all the time because you were amazing with my son's funeral flowers but the last two orders were subpar.
