Either they are incompetent or crooked, take your pick. Ordered flowers directly from their website for Valentine's Day and received a confirmation email. When they weren't delivered, my wife called and was told they have no record of the order and must have ordered it through a 3rd party. Only after she gave them the confirmation number were they able to find it. They were finally delivered 2 days after Valentine's. I ordered flowers from this shop and the front lady was so rude. I tried calling to see where my flowers were for my mom and they couldn't even tell me whether it was in the shop or out for delivery. I still have yet to know if my $100 BOUQUET HAS BEEN DELIVERED YET OR NOT!!!!!! Horrible horrible service. Do not order from them! They don't know shit and have a horrible system.

I ordered a large, premium-grade bouquet and the bouquet I received was tiny, haphazardly arranged, with subpar-quality, drooping flowers. I was so embarrassed with the results because I had ordered the bouquet to be delivered to a friend. Terrible experience, and a waste of my money.

Beware, Beware, Beware of the awful services! My husband sent me flowers to cheer up my day! When I received the flowers they were dropping like they dead upon arrival! The copy paper not card material was printed from the printer in black & white with my name and address. The copy paper was folded uneven with ink smeared all over the copy paper So unprofessional!!! Before using their services please check out some of the other flower shops in the area!!! Again beware!!

If I could leave a review for negative 100 stars I would. I have to say this experience is one of the worst I have had with a retailer. I paid over $200 for the picture with the ugly orange ribbon on it that they used to substitute flowers for. They told me they couldn't get gladiolas because of COVID so that is an excuse to use carnations and have a third less flowers than on the picture that I used to purchase from. I ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday and when they arrived they were not even close to looking like the picture on their website. I ordered the premium and they looked like the standard. When I called I was told how many flowers the arrangement came with and that is exactly how it should be. Never asked for pictures or any concern for me as the customer not being happy. I will not be ordering from them again and do not recommend anyone who doesn't want disappointed in what they receive.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. The workers are very aggressive towards customers. When I commented about the half dying roses I received, the lady said "Ma'am they are roses". There were 2 workers and they both had horrific customer service. I recieved my birthday flowers 2 days late and I had to go pick them up. Their "customer service" rep repeatedly lied to me saying "her manager will call you" I never recieved a call. Save your money go to HEB or anywhere else!

My children had made arrangements with this shop to have flowers delivered on Mother's Day. Well, that didn't happen. They informed my daughter that they were too busy to deliver as agreed. She had tried to get them delivered to my work place, but they were delivered a day late and left on my front porch. The flowers were in ok shape. Not impressed.
