This place is a complete rip off. My husband purchased peonies off of the site for my birthday to surprise me. He paid $150. Peonies are not cheap. The flowers that were delivered were not peonies. He was not given a heads up about the change. When I told my husband that I had not received peonies, he called to complain. I had an arrangement delivered and was very disappointed with the quality of work. There were large portions of foam showing and the vase was cracked. I called the shop and was told it must’ve happened while I transported it… but I had not traveled with the arrangement. The owner called me back and asked me to return it to my works front desk and a new one would be dropped off the next morning. Very disappointed in the arrangement I received. My mother paid $70 after all was said and done for a "bouquet" that had five roses and two peach berry stems in it. The other items in the arrangement were fake/plastic and do NOT fit the arrangement or look at all like the photo on the website. From the looks of the other reviews on this business, I shouldn't expect anything from their customer service to make it right. The owner of this "business" is not only a sub par florist, she is unprofessional and rude. Before ordering flowers for our Boss's Christmas table, I called to confirm the size and fullness of the order. They arrived this morning, and it was a sad little arrangement for $110. Awesome wrist corsage. We ordered two silk wrist corsages for prom. We showed a couple of pictures and they turned out stunning …. Always great service
