Very disappointed in the Birthday bouquet that arrived today. It looked as if the flowers were just crammed into a vase and not arranged as was pictured in the advertised photo. I could have done the same by purchasing a cut flower bouquet from Independent Grocer.

I am from out of province, I ordered an arrangement for my mother to be deliver on a specific date and they were not. Very disappointing.
