Very easy to navigate doing an online order. However I found the arrangement was not worth the amount I paid. The arrangement was to was to see through, not full enough as the picture is.

I ordered a corsage for my daughter's prom. It was beautiful but the wrist band was made from beads and the whole thing fell apart. You might want to use a stronger thread.

I ordered a deluxe polka dot bow bouquet for mother’s day (final cost estimate $100). There was no bow, ribbon or anything. Two roses and the rest were what looked like small daisies. Considering the cost, I feel completely ripped off. The reason for the two stars is I ordered Friday and they were delivered with no problems on Saturday. Not sure if I will order from here again.

Poor quality bouquet. Ordered a tulip arrangement for Mother's Day and it looked like grocery store tulips stuffed in a vase, flopping everywhere. This is not the first time that I have had this experience.

Ordered a flower arrangement in a glass vase for Mother’s Day. Credit card was missing info online so I was called at 9:16am to verify the card number and all was well and order was confirmed. Went to work, missed several additional calls a few hours later, tried calling back, there no answer, then was called again and told that since I took so long so call back I would not be getting the arrangement originally purchased and would receive “something I have to put together before they leave for the delivery”.. tried explainin... read more
