The worst value ever! They charge me $80 plus $45 per first for shipping for this bouquet. After I called and I was super mad, I got a "better" replacement. Anyway not recommended please order from anywhere else!
Not starting out good, Called and placed an order to sameday delivery at 8:27am 2/21 for an arrangement costing a total of 119.22 with a delivery fee. Ask if the the delivery would arrive before 3:00pm as that is when my mom leaves from work, they said of course they should arrive by 12 or 1 since I called and ordered so early.. My mom has yet to receive her arrangement and I called and it wont arrive until after 3. Her office closes at 3 so now there is no surprise and she has to wait for them to deliver! Very bad service. I made a phone call before I was trying go in and get an rate quote for my engagement party in August. The lady who answered my phone said that just coming in we will help you with that. So, I stopped by next day morning waiting for about 10 minutes in the shop without anyone's help. The end, the cashier lady just handed me a piece of paper with an email saying just send them an email for getting a quote. It is very disappointed with the service.

$96 and arrangement was very small, flowers dying/turning brown after 3 days with changing the water. Not worth the cost.

Ordered an arrangement of flowers with a plush and card for Mothers day for my pregnant wife at home while I was abroad. It was never delivered to the address, my wife received nothing, and I received an email that my package was delivered successfully. Awful.

I paid for the "premium" version of this bouquet and this was sent instead. First off the flowers sent have super tacky glitter on it (the demo version did not) and second the upgrade I paid for a premium bouquet was definitely not worth it (I paid 99 for this garbage). Never again will I purchase from this place.

I ordered a dish garden with flowers added for my granddaughter's first birthday party and was encouraged to look at the options on-line, which I did. I was assured that the baskets visible were what the item would look like. That was not the case, even though other items on the web site reveal baskets similar to the one I thought I would be ordering. The outcome looked off balance due to the tall narrow shape of the white basket, not what was pictured. Adding ribbon and balloons to the arrangement made it look unattractive... read more
