I ordered flowers for my MIL's funeral. I ordered them a week prior to the event since my other florist had to go out of town for a family emergency. They did a wonderful job! The price was reasonable and they were delivered on time. I would recommend them.

I asked for a $300 sympathy orchid arrangement that would last. Meaning planted in dirt orchids. What was sent was a $150 at best orchid arrangement in a small vase no ribbon. Not happy. I won't be using this florist again.
I recently had the opportunity to order a corsage and boutonniere from Flowers by Michelle for my son's Homecoming, and regrettably, my experience was far from what I had hoped for. My household and I have been die hard fans of Flowers By Michelle but time after time we've been let down. In fact last year my team sent me flowers but I never received them. Months after I called when one of the coordinators brought it my attention. They offered for me to pick it up by I never went by. Then my husband ordered flowers that have been coming with gnats. Ordered for a delivery on 02/14 and it is now 8:20pm and my wife still has not received these flowers. Will be asking for a refund in the morning. I was very excited to try this flower shop, however this will be my last order. If the order was not able to be fulfilled today, I wish someone had communicated that.
EXTREMELY UNDERWHELMING! $200 for this?? I ordered the "DELUX" bouquet. I actually remember ordering here from the last time and thinking the exact same thing. I started ordering from Lisa's flowers. Mistakingly thinking this flower shop was Lisa's because Lisa's flowers send you massive bouquets for the $200 price range. This has to be one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. I ordered flowers for my wife four or anniversary. They arrived on time, but the delivery person broke the envelope holder, so they just handed the card to my wife upon delivery. But this didn't take the cake, that would be when I called back to arrange for more deliveries to the weekend, a dozen the next and three dozen the day after that. If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for a purple & pink flower bouquet and I specifically told the person taking my order I wanted PURPLE. My mom received the bouquet and it's ORANGE and a few pink flowers. When I called I was told they would have to go back and get the flowers if I wanted what I ordered. Or I can get a 30% discount on my next order. Are you kidding me?! I paid over $80 for something I did NOT order or want. And they have horrible customer service and did not try to make THEIR mistakes right. ... read more
