The flowers were reasonably priced and delivered in less than two hours, amazing! They were also absolutely beautiful. Thank you FBM staff.
I have used Flowers by Michelle for all my floral needs for over 15 years. The service is professional, the staff is friendly and very helpful, and the flower arrangements are amazing. As a former school administrator, I also used Flowers by Michelle for all of our special events at the school for over 8 years. We were very pleased with their service and their delivery. Yesterday my sweet husband surprised me on our 58th wedding anniversary with 58 roses. They are from Flowers by Michelle and they are spectacular. Simply spectacular. We have used this florist in the past and have been happy with the quality and will continue to use their service and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone.
Could not be happier with the website ordering process and selections. Placed order early this morning for delivery today and just received a thank you from my friend who's Mother just passed, with a pic and how sunflowers were her favorite. The plant I ordered was exactly what I picked out. You hope the person gets what you picked but sometimes substitutions are made, which I can understand, but I was so very pleased they received this beautiful plant. I was impressed with how great their service was. I tend to look for local business whenever I want to order something as a gift to support local businesses. As an out-of-state order to be delivered to my friend to cheer him up, Flowers by Michelle keep me updated in the status of the order. They even called me when the driver was not allowed to go to the patient's room and they made sure that it gets delivered. Where can I say flowers By Michele did not disappoint again I called them yesterday to have an arrangement sent to my friend who just lost her a little baby Yorkie and this was sent today complete with a ribbon with paw prints on it. Thank you again for always always making, their day special.
