Ordered flowers and they looked nothing like the picture. Picture showed lots of roses. My bouquet looked dead and only had 2 roses, 2 carnations and a lot of some other flower. Called flowers by Billy, got hung up on. Called back and sent pictures of the flowers and my number and no one and still not called me back

I ordered Valentine roses and was called and told they canceled my order because they got a large number of orders the day before I ordered. For the next few days I continued to get emails telling me I could still order flowers with roses for Valentine's day. Don't think I will be doing business with them any more.
I placed my order and received my confirmation. However the next day Flowers By Billy contacted me to say they were voiding my order. Supposedly, they forgot to stop their machine from accepting orders. They said they had to many orders. This is the second year in a row they've done this to me specifically. I and my wife were very disappointed. They did absolutely nothing to make this right with me. Very bad experience and customer service.

I submitted an order online. A lady called and said on the VM she was giggling on the VM I voided your order we had a cutoff date, then she hung up. They still have not refunded my money. I'll never order anything from this place again
