I think they were very professional.
I called directly and they were so compassionate, thoughtful and patient as it was difficult circumstances. The bouquet was beautiful. They even called me back on a missed call. I needed to make a change to my card last minute and they were so nice about it.
Excellent job. Very caring and sympathetic lady that I spoke with to place my order. Flowers from Billy's are always beautiful.

The lady that took my order was extremely helpful and very understanding when I seeded flowers for a family funeral. She also took pictures of my arrangement and sent them to me as it was being completed. It's not part of her job to do that, but she knew that I couldn't go to the funeral and wanted to help me. The arrangement was perfectly beautiful and they went above and beyond what they needed to do for me and my family.
