I ordered from this location maybe 5 time. 3 out of the 5 weren't even close to what I order. Rose's on Valentines day, looked like twigs. A just because arrangement that I ordered for the colors, orange, not a hint of orange. I should have known better. I emailed about the roses and never received a reply. Never again.
I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day and payed extra for the deluxe flowers rather than the standard one. While the flowers seemed fresh they do not look anything like the picture that I ordered from. I spent $100 and felt that I could have gotten something better at Publix. I emailed the company about my disappointment and never heard back. Here is a picture of what I received vs what I ordered.
Somebody was kind enough to send me these and I would never hurt them by telling them how atrocious this presentation was
This is the e mail I sent them but they didn't even bother to reply. I really don't understand how they have such positive reviews. Maybe it was an isolated incident. My daughter ordered an extra large Bouquet of flowers with pale pink, dark pink and white for Mother's day. This flower shop sent me a very bare ,very poorly decorated bouquet with 12 rainbow roses and a lot of green leaves. The Flowers my daughter ordered did NOT have roses, contained at least 30 to 40 different flowers and less than 1% of greens. I understand about substituting...but the word means of similar kind. I'm so disappointed! The flowers were nothing at all like I expected. I would have gotten better quality at the grocery store. Not at all worth my $61. See pictures for what I ordered vs what I received. Unbelievable!
Worst florist ever. If I could give zero stars I would because I still don't have my flowers! I was called yesterday morning at 10:43 and told by the delivery man he would be there in 5 minutes. By 12 there was no delivery. I called the florist and was told he would be there in an hour. By 4:00 no flowers. Called shop twice, got voicemail, left 2 messages and no one returned my call. Placed order for "modern" plant for my boyfriend this morning at 10:30 AM, as i knew having a unique arrangement (a truck with plants) on his desk will look appealing and welcoming :) 2 PM came around, item not received ..3 PM nothing so I called. Mr Rampersad (written under Mr. Jesus).....this is a bunch of lies you are saying,just so that you dont lose business...I spoke on the phone to an employee and he said the flowers would be delivered between 1-6pm for sure. I would have ordered somewhere else otherwise. Please don't make up stories that your employee was abused. Your employee was very nasty. Think of your customers first and not how much you will make on Valentine's Day. Your business did not come through for me that day. Just admit it.

Nobody at any florist on the same day for Valentine's day would ever guarantee a time frame for same day delivery.
