Flowers here are very very overpriced. Take your money elsewhere. Additionally the flowers do not represent the images they have online. Overpriced + mid quality.
we requested a delivery for a specific day and they delivered on an earlier date. their excuse was oops things happen. remedy suggested , we'll go and pick the flowers up and redeliver. lets insult the customer is not the right response. no intelligent remedy equals no more customer.
Flowers delivered to my home looked horrible upon arrival! See pic of what the arrangement on their website versus the 360 video of what I received. I am surprised the business even let this arrangement leave the store. I paid $80 for this??
Service was extremely poor. Was advised after waiting 15 min no one can take orders but the owner. When leaving the owner appeared and order was placed. Order was supposed to be Cala Lilly's wrapped in a teal bow with assorted greenery and foliage. Received flowers and a few green leaves with NO TEAL RIBBON OR BOW. The groom was supposed to get a double flower and greenery. We received a single flower for the groom and the very same flower for the brides father. Absolutely do not recommend, due to stealing money from Customers. Sold me one thing and I got another, but it seems that the owner likes to argue back with Customers, so I'll just leave this here and move on. There are plenty of florists in the area.
I ordered a plant that shouldve been in a large modern stone shaped pot and was all succulents. My sister received it for her birthday and sent me a picture. The planter looks like an old used italian urn! I understand they mention substitutions but this looked NOTHING like the $100 plant I picked out. Very disappointing. I suggest you ask for anpic before they deliver so you arent embarrassed. The plants were small but nice.
