I'm on a roll of disappointment today! I was generous with the first review as I was so happy about the outcome. What I was not happy about, but failed to mention was the offer to deliver the same day on the website and the request field in which I stated AMPLE time for the delivery to have taken place only for it to be much later than I requested. My husband sweetly had a flowers sent to me for my birthday and they were delivered Friday. By Monday they were wilted and dying but thats only part of it. He told the person taking the order he would like to spend $100 and that they could choose what they wanted and I'm very disappointed in what the florist chose. He typically goes through A BOW K but they had closed and the sign on the door said to call Flora Couture. I've used Floral 2000 before and they were pretty good to me and my girl. I sent her flowers from their shop and had them delivered and they were just as expected. The flowers didn't last as long as a previous florist, but they provided a great surprise for her. For that experience alone I had to use them again. Fast forward a couple of months, I'm out of town on vacation. I want to do something nice for my girl, let her know that I'm thinking about her. So I order through their website. I was so excited to find out my boyfriend sent me flowers... Until I got them. The driver was rude and unwilling to answer any questions. The flowers were ALREADY wilted/burned on the edges, and did not last three days. They claimed to attempt delivery that Wed., but the flowers were scheduled for Thursday. I made sure they had the right address, as my company is 24/7, so there is always some one there, but no one had anything further to say about the attempted delivery. Not professional. For my 20th anniversary on Valentines day I was surprised by a bouquet my husband had sent me to The Palazzo after coming back from LE REVE show, although very beautiful I was really sad that the next day 2 of the roses were already dying 1 was full bloom and the water was beginning to become cloudy! Did what instructions said daily but no use my bouquet was just getting worse. For $150 I think they should last up to a week!!
