I ordered mother's day flowers for my godmother via their website. Floral arrangement was never received. When I called the store to confirm delivery, they said they would look into the matter and would get back to me the next day. No return phone call so I called them back a couple days later to ask for a refund and they told be NO because the driver supposedly left flowers outside. My question is why didn't they knock on the door or call the receiving person? (contact number was given when I placed the order) So here it is... read more

So extremely disappointed in not only my flowers but the customer service once my husband reached out. He ordered me flowers for my birthday as a last minute surprise. Paid $86 in total for the premier bouquet, which turned out to be three sunflowers, threw tulips, some filler flowers, and greens. Hardly a premier bouquet, coming from someone who's worked in a CT floral shop before!!! That issue aside, my flowers were dead in four days.
