Family florist was very attentive, and courteous when I called confirming my daughter’s delivery. When she received them, she sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked beautiful. My daughter also said they had lovely fragrance. They did make a substitution from pink to red roses, but it still looked great! Thank you!
Family Florist pulled off a birthday miracle. Another well known local florist canceled my order at 1:30 PM the day I had ordered flowers for delivery. Being out of state, I had few options, but Dulcie at Family Flowers kindly prioritized getting an arrangement delivered within three hours when I explained my dilemna. Kudos to her for old fashioned customer service !

Ordered flowers thru Teleflora and was very disappointed in what was delivered. Purchased premium bouquet and that was not delivered. Ordered 2 balloons and arrived only with one. Photo what was ordered photos of what was received. Very disappointed!
I put in a rush order on an Friday afternoon for a service the next day and they delivered on time, with a quality arrangement. Thank you much!
