Family Florist provided two lovely floral arrangements for my father's memorial service. They looked even better than the photos. Very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

A member of my family sadly lost her mother in a nursing home to Covid-19. I went online to send flowers with a company I found online. The flowers never arrived the next day as promised, or the next and then was pushed back a week. I cancelled my order and searched for a florist near her home. My call was handled by Trevor and he took my order right over the phone on Friday before Mother's Day. Not sure what happened on the other reviews but I was sent an arrangement from Los Angeles and had never heard of this florist. But hands down, this was the freshest arrangement I ever remember receiving and the flowers are still beautiful!

I ordered flowers for my very old, sick mother and told her to expect them. The next day, we were deeply disappointed to be told the order was cancelled because it was outside their delivery area. It would be very simple to program which zip codes are and are not in their delivery area, or to state them on their website. I can see why they have other bad reviews.

I Oder flowers for my daughter new born baby. The Floral Harmony Bouquet was not or anything to the picture ....I order the luxury grade. But it was the least luxury. Specially because it didn't have enough flowers for the money I paid. we will not order from here anymore..very bad flower arrangement. very disappointed .

I had a flower delivery from Family Florist Oct.13 this was for my anniversary they were just left on my porch which is visible to the street. I called the number that called my phone and then left a text message with the flowers left on my porch in a glass vase no covering .Weather was raining and windy I ask the person do they just leave the flowers on porch like that where someone can walk up and take them i was told I was the first to have that concern. I know times are a bit crazy right now, so going into having flowers delivered right now I knew to be as patient as possible. Unfortunately, my experience with Family Florist fell flat, leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I had placed my order online over a week ago, to guarantee my bouquet be shipped on time. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (5/9) to my mother, but nothing had arrived. Terrible, unreliable florist. Delivered 2 dozen Anniversary roses on wrong date. After complaining they promised another dozen on the correct date.. NOTHING.. Shop elsewhere
