I ordered from here for the first time for a friend. The lady I spoke with over the phone was super helpful and kind. The delivery driver was also great. The person wasn't at home when they went to deliver so they called and were even willing to go back by to deliver later so that the flowers were not hot. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient was very pleased. If I am ordering again within their delivery area, I would definitely use them again.
Amazing service. I placed a delivery order to my wife for our anniversary. Her office is tricky for deliveries so I made sure to note that. Well, they were unable to reach her for delivery, I was in a meeting as well when they tried to call, I was just in process of telling them to leave and continue on with their deliveries when my wife sent a photo of the arrangement. Gestures really do speak louder than words, and Dalton Flowers proved that in the best way. They sent another bouquet (entirely on their own), and it was absolutely gorgeous! I ordered flowers for a family member's memorial service from Dalton since I couldn't attend in person. They listened to my preferences and delivered on time. They were quite caring during the ordering process. Their rates are reasonable and they created a very pretty arrangement. They emailed me a delivery confirmation the morning of the service, which I appreciated. They're easy and friendly to work with and I would use Dalton again if I ever have need in the area.
I called Dalton last minute to get a corsage and boutonnière for my daughters prom and it was last minute asking for same day. They kindly was able to squeeze me and got them made in an hour. It turned out perfectly with the colors to match their dress and suit. I was more than impressed and it was more then I expected. They were so kind and professional. I didn't think I would find anyone to do it last minute. I would use them again. I am so appreciative. They do great work. I would totally recommend them.
