I would give a negative if possible. I received a dozen roses for my birthday on Friday July 1st. They looked old then and the next day even worse. I had 36 hours to enjoy flowers before the petals began to fall off. The greenery was beautiful but the hot pink roses very sad. I hate that my out of town family spent so much on something that lasted so little time. I have purchased roses at the grocery store that were prettier and lasted weeks! So disappointed.

I also wish there was a zero rating. I went in there a few years ago to order flowers to be delivered to Cornelius, maybe 6 miles from Mooresville and not only did they refuse they were extremely rude about it. I walked in to order and there were four employees working and not one turned around to ask if I needed help and two of them looked me straight in the eye. I'm a positive person most of the time, and very optimistic, but I wish there were a zero stars option. My grandparents' 50th wedding anniversary was the other day, so my family decided to stop and pick up flowers on the way over. When we walked inside, not one person behind the counter (like, five or six people!) welcomed us or offered to help us. Refused to help with wedding floral arrangements. Told us the only appointments are on Tuesdays but we travel for work Monday through Thursday.....wish they were more helpful!

I wanted to get a bouquet of flowers to give my girlfriend for New Years tonight. So I went to Clippers in Mooresville. I wasn't greeted very friendly in the beginning, which never really bothers me too bad. However, it did seem that even when I verbally told staff that I was new at ordering in the store vs online(which has nice pictures to chose from, simplifying the process) I wanted to pick them up personally. I have received 5 or 6 arrangements from Clippers in the past 5 months -- and have had to return 3 of them because the flowers were so wilted. And the other 2 (one I just received) were mediocre at best. This current one is filled with carnations. The sender spent a lot of money and I got carnations!!!! This past Spring, an order placed by my daughter didn't have ANY of the flowers in the photo she chose -- Clippers' excuse was that they were OUT of all those flowers and substituted much cheaper ones. -- She did receive ... read more

My husband sent me an arrangement for our 46th. anniversary, spending $100. My daughter picked up 1st. arrangement but told them it was not acceptable for the amount of the purchase. She returned later in the day to pick up 2nd. arrangement. This all took place on a Sat. By the following Tue. flowers were wilting & petals were dropping.
