I order flowers for a birthday. What I requested on the message card was not put on correctly. When I called about this the store manager was extremely rude and offered me no help at all. The conversation ended by the manager hanging up on me. I would not recommend anyone do buisness here.
When they receive wire orders they have terrible customer service. My friend sent a very generous gift and in the message she specifically wrote to plant this in the garden in her memory. When I called the florist they passed the buck saying they just fulfilled the order, knowing it couldn't be planted outside, but it was "out of their hands"... Wasnt impressed . Arrangement was delivered on time but for the money it was lackluster at best. Doesn't even remotely look like the photo on the website. Called the shop and the person who answered the phone had an attitude although offered to bring some extra flowers to house. Wouldn't order from again.
I ordered "Darling One" online for in-store pickup. This is listed for $59 online. I was charged $112. When I brought this to the shop keepers attention, I was told that I was overcharged but otherwise need to look at the arrangement "from a different angle". She said they use a "formula" so she was absolutely sure what they provided was correct. I have attached a picture of the arrangement that we were provided along with what's listed online. They delivered very quickly, which was great, but the flowers were nothing like what I ordered which was really disappointing
Rude, rude, rude nasty, rude. I would have left the store except our siblings had already ordered from there for my PARENTS (both) funeral. The male employee (not a gentleman) was annoyed we were there, and could not answer a simple question of the size of the flower arrangement my siblings ordered. He just kept repeating "it's a SPRAY". Spoke with Gary this morning to place a delivery order. Had to place the order 3 times! Once I received the invoice, the delivery address was WRONG! Then I was told flowers would be delivered in the afternoon - it's now going I'm 4pm, still nothing. Had I know it was going to be an evening delivery - I would have gone elsewhere. For $150 dollars - the flowers better be nice!
I really wanted to like Clipper's Flowers of Lake Norman, however their prices leave much to be desired. I recently purchased the deluxe Beauty in Blossom flower arrangement for $94.95, not including tax and delivery which included 5 pink roses, 3 pink hydrangeas, and some filler. I have purchased from other online retailers which had noticeable differences between the basic, deluxe and premium arrangements. The quality of these flowers were great, and I do feel like my situation is unique, however I don't want others to have the same experience. I went into the flower shop 3 times to make sure that my order was correct, because each time there was something incorrect.
