City Flowers in Bellevue absolutely exceeded every expectation. My boyfriend called and ordered a custom bouquet for me, and it was hands down the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement I have ever received. The flowers were incredibly fresh, every stem was healthy, vibrant, and thoughtfully arranged. It feels like it's been more challenging ordering flowers from a human when out of area. City Flowers picked up on the first 3 rings with a human (not a "press 1 for blahblahblah). She was lovely, she understood the assignment within seconds of taking the order (beloved pup passed away). I felt like it was going to be in good hands after hanging up and getting the same day order completed... HOWEVER, it wasn't just good... Absolutely gorgeous, high-quality floral arrangements (not cheap: $100 min + delivery fee - although on the website they seem to have $78-85 arrangements; and the person on the phone is not nice - but you do at least get something really great - they got exactly what I was seeking in a very beautiful high-end manner). Very convenient for Overlake deliveries - they are close by.
