I have ordered some Katherine's Collection halloween decor from here before. I have attempted to buy the Clayton Caretaker 4 different times from other dealers - all were broken or warped so bad you couldn't hang the frame up. I called and they inspected it and just got it last night. 5th attempt is a charm! Item is in perfect condition even with multiple gashes in the box due to UPS!
