We were sent a balloon bouquet from City Flowers in Bellevue WA. The latex balloons were filled and looked great. The myler ones not so much. By the next morning, 15 hours later, the latex balloons were of course no longer floating but the mylar balloons also looked terrible which should last days or weeks according to the internet. Ordered a Corsage for my 90-year-old aunt. The girl behind the counter was amazing she explained exactly what it should be like, I felt. 4 days later picked up corsage, It was a red carnation with a couple of tiny red roses and greenery $60. OVERPRICED, Condescending, lacks accountability. I can go on and on. @City Florist and its staff not only embarrassed me by being rude to my sister after she tried to get her planter they delivered fixed. I sent my sister a beautiful sedum tray for her birthday, paid upwards to $275.00 for it to be delivered. It arrived with no instructions (seriously for that kind of money you can afford to print instructions to accompany the delivery). Very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my Dads memorial. I ordered a total of 8 arrangements for the event. They delivered one. Some kind of mix up with the designer. I had nothing for the tables. They issued a credit but the damage was done. I have ordered from them in the past but I doubt I will again. The last thing I needed to do was make phone calls right before the memorial as I was welcoming guests to figure out what has happened. Ruined an already stressful event. Thanks for the memory.

Was hoping to get a small arrangement for my anniversary dinner at Daniels Boiler. The woman whom I spoke with was quite annoyed at the idea of putting something simple a special together to help me celebrate this occasion - to the extent that she rolled her eyes at my request. Walked out and will not return nor recommend to anyone that is in the market.
Terrible experience for my Husband and I. Me husband had ordered an arrangement for our anniversary based off of these exact yelp reviews.. They were supposed to be delivered in the morning at 3:30 pm after my husband called me at work and I hadn't mentioned them as it was a surprise he had to call them. Extremely disappointed after spending $150 and my wife received flowers that were not fresh. It was for our wedding anniversary and I even took time to bring them photos from her bridal bouquet to use as inspiration. Beautiful arrangement, but the roses all had brown edges on the petals and looked 5 days old. Have had better roses from the supermarket. Would not recommend them for a special occasion.
I ordered Valentines Flowers for my wife via phone on February 5th. Received confirmation of details, credit card charges and order number immediately after. The Flowers were NOT DELIVERED. City Flowers had no awareness that they had failed to deliver or any explanation of why they did not fulfill the order. It was very disappointing to learn late in the day that my Valentine did not receive her Flowers and the accompanying card with my sentiments. My future Flower orders will not be placed with City Flowers.
