If there was a zero star, I would leave a zero. I have had issues with this florist once before and gave them another chance. Ordered flowers Tuesday morning for a Friday delivery. No flowers delivered yesterday. My elderly parents received a call to come by 3 o'clock to pick them up while still being charged a delivery fee and when they drove there, the flowers were not available. I am sorry for your experience. The flower was delivered to your mom who wasn't at home at the time. She could pick up that afternoon or have it rerouted the following day. She came in the shop before the flower was back. She shopped while I looked for the flower and found a few gifts to purchase. She was very pleasant and was happy to have it redelivered. Picked Cindy's out of sevreal on Cherry Rd. because my name is Cindy and the ratings. I ordered an arrangement for someone special who had a miscarriage. I asked for pastel colors and either "forget me nots" or "babies breath". To pick from Gerber daisy's, roses, and/or carnations. I was told oh yes, our floral designer will use that info for the flowers, she's very good! Beware of using a credit card at this establishment. We sent flowers to a funeral using this shop a few months ago and they got there. No complaints with the initial service. Then yesterday out of the blue my wife gets an email from them thanking her for an order that she didn't place to a recipient we don't know. Early the following morning, after learning of this error, the card was refunded for the full amount. We do require security codes for over the phone orders and have continued to look into how this accidental charge happened.
Could not have been more disappointed in the plant arrangement that was delivered to the recipient. Not even close to what I ordered. They were nice enough to replace it with another arrangement. However, still not at all what I ordered. If you have a picture of something as available on your website, the customer should be able to order it and receive it. Very nice environment when you walk in, but they gave us the wrong bouquet for my wedding. We specifically told her the shape and which flowers we wanted and when my maid of honor went to pick it up it wad NOTHING like what we asked for. Not to mention we payed $200+ for something we could've easily put together. Anyways, I didn't get the bouquet I wanted for my special day. Bad service, don't get ripped off y'all.

Rude owner. Ran out of Roses ... Roses? And compensated with non roses, which is fine - except I was never given a discount. I never write reviews, but there is plenty more Florist in Rock Hill. What they did was not cool.
I went here for a wedding flower consultation and it was awful. The lady sat with what looked to be a 1-800-Flowers book and told me to choose what I like. There was no creativity - nothing. And, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! Don't waste your time - go to the Flower Diva in Pineville.
