Was so happy when I called Cindy's Flowers and learned they are located in Rock Hill ! They filled my order & delivered it quickly the same day. The arrangements are always beautiful. This time, my daughter-in-law was not at home. The delivery person went out of their way to contact her and make sure when she'd be there, as there were chocolates that could not be left outside.
