Gail is terrible at customer service! I placed an order on line for my daughter's 19th birthday for delivery today that said if placed before 12:00 PM that it would be delivered same day. Only to get a call from Gail, saying she had so many funerals that her flower cooler was out of flowers. Also, her delivery truck had already left out for deliveries for the day (which my order was placed at 10:30 this morning) and would not be doing anymore today! ****** UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW AT END***** Disappointed in the delivery service, and costumer service, but the flowers were beautiful (ONLY reason they receive two stars). Called to place an order and was concerned when a young young child answered the phone by saying "hi". I had to ask if I had called "Brunswick Floral". The child told me to "hold on". Very disappointed in our wedding flowers. My bridal bouquet looked like a bridesmaid bouquet. Also, they were browning when we received them 2 hours before the wedding. Do NOT recommend them at all for wedding flowers! Very disappointed after the money we spent!

This company is the worst and they are liars!!! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on valentines day and I called to make sure she got them and she did not. I then called to see what had happen and the lady told me they were on the truck to be dropped off...well the day after I called back to see what had happen the lady was very rude and said she did not see my order?!
