The selection was very nice the value was little pricey. The worker was rude I greeted her when I enter the store she didn't respond all what she said is what I'm here for I responded with other greeting and I responded picking up that's when the owner lady came out from the back and directed her to give me the bouquet. She was very friendly (the owner) that's why I give 3 starts only. I'll try them again and see.

Cannot say enough good things about this place, the lady who answered the phone was courteous and helpful. When I told them of what I wanted they advised me right away of a flower that they didn't have and what they could replace it with it was perfect. I try to always use someone who is local I cannot stand using the big giant services as the individual shop doesn't make much money from them. My mother in law was so happy to receive this beautiful arrangement.

Ordered monthly arrangements for my mother beginning Christmas 2021. I gave specific dates, floral arrangement name (from their webpage), and approximate price for each arrangement. I (and my mother) have been VERY pleased with the arrangements. The delivery of the arrangements have been as requested. As for customer service? I have used Brunswick Floral for over a decade to send flowers to relatives in Glynn County, even though I don't live locally. Most recently (Mother's Day, 2018), the recipient said it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever seen and had "fragranted" the entire house. She was quite pleased, as was I, especially since I had waited until late Friday afternoon to order. I had an idea of what I wanted, but whoever took my phone order steered me toward what she believed would be a better choice. Clearly she was correct.

Gorgeous flowers delivered ten days ago, some are still alive! ...just. They arrived cut fresh and looked beautiful for almost a week. Never had florist flowers last so long. Ordered from the U.K. they were delivered on the morning of my birthday by a smiling man at a civilized hour. Very impressed!
