I was so impressed! I ordered flowers for my mom. The bouquet came more beautiful than the photo online, high quality flowers, gorgeous, Victorian style. The company even reformatted my note so it looked perfect. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend! Thanks Bruce's flowers!

I have given them my business for years because their product is beautiful but after today's interaction during their busy season and the "its revenue" attitude I'm not sure I would go out of my way to go there again. They also are affiliated with Hanson's in Fairfield.The 2nd person I came into contact with was not only distracted but didn't seem to want the business and I was made to felt as I was an inconvenience in the day. Wow!!! I ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday. I live in NH and Bruce's is in CT. Previously, I would have used Teleflora or Avas but decided to deal directly with the shop and take my chances. The flowers, as reported by the birthday girl were and still are absolutely fabulous. Dealing with John on the phone was very easy and friendly and personable. I could not be happier with this purchase and its delivery. Very much a five star outfit.

Bought a birthday bouquet for my fiancé; had them delivered to her work. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and all around it was great service and a great experience. The bouquet looks spectacular. Awesome arrangement, awesome value, couldn't be happier.
Loved the bouquet my husband sent me on same day delivery. So pretty and super fragrant. The arrangement was perfect and made me smile.
I bought a beautiful vase of tulips at Bruce's to brighten up my kitchen for Spring. The white tulips were perfect with a touch of gold garnish. They brightened my day every time I walked into the kitchen for the full week they lasted. I would definitely go back to Bruce's again when I need another pick me up!
Thank You Bruce's for making me look like a hero to my client. I had forgotten an important anniversary until I was on my way home. I called and asked if you could have something special. You remembered that my husband loved the Orchids that you put in our wedding flowers and you made an arrangement that was like the arrangements on our tables. I of course didn't know this until I showed up at home and I looked like a hero. Is it bad that I am only confessing this now? Thanks again for making me look so wonderful!
My grandmother died suddenly last week and I had to find a florist on a Saturday afternoon for a Tuesday morning wake. Bruce's Flowers did not disappoint! I called and requested a casket spray and a standing spray that i saw on their web page. When I arrived at the church the flowers were exactly what I had seen on the net. Thank you so much for having one less thing to worry about during a very difficult time!
