The flowers sent looked NOTHING like the photo on website. I paid $68 with tax and deliver) for arrangement that was mostly carnations and daisies. Very dissatisfied. If you are ordering from out of state, beware. Or tell Bonita that the receiver will send you a photo of the arrangement that way they will do it right.
DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ONLINE! Terrible flowers and even worse customer service. Online pictures are misleading. The Teleflora's Morning Melody arrived with wilted roses, a lot of green leaves and no ribbon. Customer service easily dismissed the bad service by blaming it on transport. Customer service is also so condescending and does not care about customer satisfaction as they blew off the complaint and encouraged the bad review online.
