Literally saved our wedding back in September of last year. We needed some greenery for florals and not only did they allow us to purchase some, they gave it to us at cost only! We went in the store TWO days before our wedding in a panic and they said come in tomorrow and we will give you what you need. They were very polite, courteous, and LIFESAVERS!!!
I live in Michigan and ordered from them this week. They were very helpful and even made my Arrangement custom. Will definitely use them again in the future.

If you're looking for some great fresh flowers, look no further! Bonitas flowers and gifts is the best spot in town! The flower arrangements are stunning and last a long time! The best quality flower shop in the RGV! Awesome customer service, the staff is so down to earth and helpful! Delivery service was prompt! They also have a huge Jon hart Collection which I cant get enough of!
This flower shop has to be the bes,t not only in McAllen, but in the entire Rio Grande Valley. I know that it sounds like a stretch but their quality is by far the one that has stood out time and time again. The flower arrangement was beautiful but the online photo showed more roses than carnations. The staff shared what their recipe called for and did offer to go pick up the arrangement in exchange for something else yet that wasn't going to be feasible. I would advise calling the flower shop to confirm what the arrangement is made of because the photo may not be an accurate representation. I live out of town and ordered the arrangement for my mom so it was unfortunate that I paid for more than what I received.
Placed an order online and paid delivery fee, got a call the following morning from a rude lady asking for an additional $25 for delivery and wanted to change my selected delivery date. Decided to cancel and take business elsewhere. Beware of horrible customer service and price changes. They didn't care to lose a order that was close to $200.
I ordered a bouquet for a same day pickup to be used on my wife's bridal photo session. They were nice and professional and stated they usually need a longer heads up but they could have it done. I sent my mother in law to get it and when I see it, was surprised on how poor it looked. I'm a guy and don't pay attention to these things but it didn't look nice.
