FFFFFFFF FOR FAIL Pretty sad when this company cant even get it right on one day a year...deliver flowers on Valentines day. No flowers for my lady while all the other girls "showed" her up with flowers delivered at work. 800 go flowers is the way to go. Embarrassing for me and her. Not to mentioned ordered a week ago. Now to get my $$ back. Crooked business

Terrible service. Warning to others do not use this business. Flowers (roses) were ordered on January 31, 2019 for Valentine's Day for my other half. She never received them. I called them at 2:15 pm on Valentines Day and whom ever answered said that order was out for delivery. LIES. I called at 5:12 and kept calling because they would not answer. Finally someone answered and asked where this delivery was going and for my name and said that he was really sorry but they did not have enough drivers. I am demanding a refund... read more

BEWARE OF THIS RIPOFF: Just Read All The Negative Reviews Below! Don't go here. I ordered flowers early for delivery to my elderly mother for the day before Mother's Day and my mother never received the flowers, yet the owner charged me right anyway. I have been calling since I learned that the flowers were never delivered this afternoon, and they are not answering the phone. Placed my order the day before for flowers, chocolates and balloons. 175.00 worth of bday surprise for my daughter. Her first year away from home on her bday at college. The online process was wonderful, lots to choose from and easy to maneuver. The next day rolls around and by 5:15 pm my daughter still has nothing from me. I always used this company for all my flower needs . Last year they forgot to deliver my arrangement and this year they forgot again !! Frustrating!!!

I ordered my flowers online and have tried calling the shop for two days in a row without being able to get through. It is now 5:30PM and the flowers have not been delivered yet....Yesterday the phone rang all day and no one answered, today (Vday) it has been a busy signal all day. Its very disappointing, I know that its the busiest day of the year for them, but not being able to contact them after spending $180 is unacceptable. I ordered what I thought was a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a friend's daughter who had suffered a tragedy. I even got the deluxe version of the arrangement which had several lilies and roses. When she texted me to thank me, she sent me a picture. I was so embarrassed by the pathetic arrangement she received! It had a couple of roses, not a single lily, and some hydrangea. Was not NOT a $60 arrangement. Then on top of that, the arrangement did not arrive at its destination until 8pm, though promised to arrive early that morning. Called a few times that day to see what the hold up was and could not reach anyone. Would NOT recommend this florist!!!

The owner AC Gilmore is a crook! Is in the habit of taking money but not paying his bills for services he agreed to pay for. I would never do business with someone like him. Not a man of his word!
