Nothing like the picture- I ordered a 300 dollar bouquet and it looked like this the first time. AC Gil was extremely rude on the phone and in his own words " a smart alec". He kept saying "it was pretty" but it wasn't anything like the lavish bouquet I had ordered for my sister. Ordered flowers and received something completely different from what I ordered. I was hoping to surprise my mother for her birthday. My selection was based off my mom's favorite color, blue. Instead I got a plain vase and mostly white flowers. I called to see what happened and the girl I spoke to said that they were out of the vase AND flowers that I ordered. Update: contacted card services to dispute the charge and won. If you look at the heb picture- you'll see it's basically the same orchid they sent. I followed up with this for months because the owner was so rude and disrespectful. Before he hung up he said, "God bless you". So guess what, I was refunded so GOD BLESS YOU!
I ordered flowers for my first marriage anniversary. The arrangement was nice but they failed to deliver the flowers on my anniversary. I then get called the next day to say they're at my house with no warning or apology for an over 24 hour late delivery. Because it's now a work day, I go to the shop to pick them up. I received flowers from this shop and my husband said, they don't look nothing like the online picture! It's so sad how they charge so much for a low quality product. UPDATE: They made it right and refunded my husband
Ordered a premium Teleflora Spring Beauty Bouquet with a hand-glazed ceramic pitcher for my wife just now. They delivered the wrong flowers in a basic clear vase. I called and they just said sorry. They didn't offer to fix the issue. Will absolutely not be ordering flowers from this place again.
Please do not order from here. We ordered flowers for my sister-in-law through their website and she never received them. We live in West Texas, so we couldn't confirm they even exist. My brother-in-law drove to address provided and it was boarded up. We called the ph number and just get a voicemail. I keep getting emails from them for flower specials, but they don't reply to emails either. So DO NOT USE this shop. We have contacted our credit card about fraudulent activity.
Horrible customer service.. Dose not honor online prices. I understand the website is ran by a third party but if you have negotiated a discounted rate for free advertisement and a free website honor your price. Just not good business if you ask me.. Don't Do Business with this flower shop.
I've ordered from the Blossom Shop in the past and never had a problem.... until this Valentine's Day. I ordered a dozen long stem red roses on feb 10, 2019 to be delivered on Valentine's Day to my girlfriend. Valentine's Day came and no flowers delivered.
