Very professional . Although they do not deliver to Sugar Land, the lady who took my order assured me that their sub did excellent work. She was right, friendly, fast, and fresh, beautiful flowers. Great service. Cannot say the same for their competition up the road......will be using Blooms from the heart from now on.

I needed something close to my work as I have a very busy schedule. We needed a corsage and boutonniere for my sons prom and didn't want something that looks to cookie-cutter. She came up with a great idea for the flower to use and listened to what I had in mind. I think they both came out looking amazing!

I received a beautiful flower arrangement from them on a Friday. The next day the orchids in the arrangement began to wilt. I had stopped by the shop since I was in the area and met Lana. She was so very sweet. She apologized for the orchids wilting so soon and made arrangements to have a new one sent out on Monday. We also purchased some beautiful orchids for a dinner party we had planned on Sunday and they look awesome. Aw I'm so disappointed. I stopped by at 4:00 Wednesday to pick out a birthday bouquet for my mom and they were closed. Posted times are not correct. Call ahead I guess.
