This place is absolute trash. My boyfriend ordered Valentine's Day flowers from here and not only did they not return his calls but they never delivered the flowers or refunded him. What a mess... Avoid this place if you want to have your flowers actually delivered.
Such a waste of money. I bought a bouquet for over 50$ and it just vanished in just a day. I would at least expect it to be fresh for 3/5 days. Very disappointed.
Absolutely horrible. I received an arrangement of roses on Valentine's Day two days ago, a couple of petals were wilted already but not horribly so. Two days later (today 2/16) the bouquet is already half dead, I took the flowers out of the vase to trim the stems in hoping to get another few days of beauty and realized why they died so quickly- the stems were hacked to pieces, peeling and burned looking. This place is a rip off i ordered some flowers online on the website and they charged my card but when i called to see if my order went through they said that nothing came in and they had to shut down their website from so many orders. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE
I ordered a 60$ Valentine's Day arrangement for my loved one. Flowers was not even half of what the picture on the site shows, the cute ribbon was replaced by a christmas leftover. the card message was all misspelled and write like a 3rd grade kid. Also the girl's name was wrong. The whole thing looks like passionless. awkward and sad!
I ordered the Zen Artistry arrangement for a coworker. I understand that a florist may have to substitute flowers at times, but when I saw the picture of the actual arrangement that was received, I couldn't believe how bad it was. Not even a close resemblance and the flowers were wilted.
