Stopped by on a Sunday a few minutes before closing to inquire about the price of flowers I wanted to buy in bulk to make centerpieces for my own baby shower. Jack was more than helpful to answer my questions about price and helped me place an order. On the next day, I needed to change the quantity of eucalyptus and the lovely woman who answered the phone was able to amend my order. I just got married today, and I could not have picked a better florist! I gave the man in this store kind of confusing directions of what I wanted, and they nailed it! I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bouquet and boutonnieres we ordered! Every little delicate detail, and wow were the flowers fresh! The variety was incredible too. Ben's Florist, thank you so much for such a wonderful memory.

We were having a party. Didn't think we need flowers but the morning of the party we decide we need center pieces for two tables. We were short on time. I run into Ben's Florist asked if it was possible to make two center pieces for tables in like an hour. I was told they could. I went in a little after 10 and they were ready before 11. Walked into Ben's recently to order a large stand spray for a funeral and when we saw what Ben's did, it was truly impressive. At a price of $125, it was absolutely spectacular - fantastic quality, huge and amazing color - and delivered right on time! Shortly thereafter, I walked in to order a birthday arrangement for my wife...and again Ben's went beyond my expectations. This has to be one of the best florist in Bay Ridge. The customer service is superb and the floral arrangements are top notch. I recently ordered a $50 mixed bouquet for a coworker and I was amazed by the amount and quality of flowers that were in this arrangement. Shortly after this order I worked with Frank to provide me with balloon centerpieces and a $25 mixed floral arrangement for a retirement party. We had the pleasure of working with Ben this past summer for our wedding. We wanted to have a vendor from the community and since we've used Ben's for smaller occasions (always great) we thought we'd give him a try. We were really impressed with their design, service, and quality of product (we emailed pictures of similar arrangements and they matched it perfectly). He even ordered special flowers for the wedding. Delivery and service on the day of was also top notch. I would highly recommend him.

I ordered the "daily deal" online as a thank you gift for my Aunt. She called me overjoyed at how beautiful the bouquet, vase, etc was. Thank you Ben's! Great work! Let me add, this was a last minute same day delivery and they delivered as promised in regards to quality and time.

Very poor and crowded for Valentine's Day. Stay away from ready prepared rose bouquet grossly overpriced and rotting .I'm embarrassed to give this as a gift .2 stars if I go back and they pull this stunt again one star Let the buyer beware . Very disappointed and large man with mask roams the inside whose in everyone's way ? He interferes with purchasing a giant obstruction. More florists are in the area .
