Not sure why they let you choose a delivery date. They'll try to deliver when convenient to them. They'll also ignore any other instructions given. So if you pick a delivery day and they try early don't be surprised when your flowers aren't fresh.
I am very disappointed. Your representative RES was not a true professional and was insulting. I asked about a military discount her attitude changed. Not good. OH! my daughters birthday flowers came in - how disappointing and sparse small (yes a lack of fullness and flowers. A true lack of caring.
I was disappointed with an arrangement that was delivered today to my mom in the hospital. I chose the arrangement because of the beautiful orange lilies, but out of a dozen lilies, not a single one was open. Basically greenery and pink carnations were delivered. Doubtful I will use this florist again.
A disaster. They were late delivering a Valentine arrangement . Almost missed our dinner because of them. Not only that, the arrangement was nothing like they promised. I paid extra for Valentines balloons that never showed up. I do not recommend this place terrible and almost ruined my valentines/Aniversary day . Terrible, terrible, terrible. Never answer their phone .
