I recommend looking for a florist who cares about customer service and presentation. The flowers ordered and delivered to a friend were not fresh. Roses were fully opened on arrival. The photo online that made me choose the arrangement had a small amount of greenery. The arrangement delivered was half flower and half green filler. Basically, 1/3 of all reviews are negative. Count em' The negative reviews experienced was the same as mine. At least the florist is consistent. When, I called to complain I was shamed for leaving a negative review, instead of first calling them. I thought the retailer should be the one calling me. I ordered 20 tulips, 10 yellow & 10 purple. What was delivered was 10 yellow and some other purple flowers mixed in with the arrangement. They had 2 days to call me with news that purple was unavailable. During my call to the shop the women there was absolutely rude and talking over my questioning about the flowers and why was I not informed of the difficulty getting purple tulips. I ordered a premium floral arrangement for a funeral which on their website which says it should be 19" across. I attended the funeral today and to my disappointment it was much smaller than 19". I was charged a premium and got the basic. Maybe they didn't think that I would attend and see the arrangement. But that is just dishonest. It's a funeral. I wanted what I paid for. Ma L, we are sorry you did not like your flowers. When you called you did not give us an opportunity to respond and explain that We filled the order per menu the order asked for Asiatic Lilies which were not available so we used Oriental Lilies. The Blooms were not all open like the picture shows. When all the blooms open they would be close to the size suggested. We are a Christ Loving family and we are not dishonest. We care very much about our customers specially at the time of grief.
I ordered flowers for a funeral to be delivered. I made a point of relaying how special I wanted them. I paid the extra amount for them to be better quality and fuller (didn't want carnations). Once at the funeral, I saw the flowers I had sent and it was embarrassing. A sunflower next to a hydrangea. The arrangement was sloppy and unattractive and expensive. Such a disappointment from this florist.

I ordered a 75$ arrangement and when I received the flowers they were dead and the bracelet were cheap.

Disappointed in Lake Houston Florist. I ordered a larger bouquet of flowers than what was delivered. I'm glad she sent me a picture of it or I would have never known. Almost $80 for the delivered bouquet on the left. The bouquet on the right is what I ordered. I understand a slight difference, but this is ridiculous.
I had the worst experience with the florist ever at Atascocita Lake Houston florist. My flowers were not as I asked them to make. When I went to pick it up I had to ask them to redo it and remove the fake flowers they put in it. When I came back they left them in it and put some fake leafs and really weird greenery in it. The worst ever. Will never go back!
