This is your "typical" flower shop. They have plenty of roses, a couple of tulips in the spring time and tons of carnations and daisies. You can put together your own bouquet using the flowers in the big buckets or you can choose something pre-assembled. Their flowers are pretty good but the prices are quite high.
To many substitutions! Not same containers as pictured. Not a place I would recommend!
I ordered flowers for my moms birthday, which was Labor Day. Even though the exact same flowers were much more less expensive elsewhere, I ordered through them because they said they could deliver on that day. They didn't, even though I had a confirmed delivery date. When I spoke to them on the phone, they acted like I should've known they weren't actually open on Labor Day (despite the delivery confirmation).
Flowers ordered vs what arrived vastly different and not in a good way. What arrived was not even half the flowers shown from website. Shadey! No stars. Would never recommend & will never order from. Staff is very unprofessional in handling complaints too. Combative vs apologetic. I see a theme, there are similar complaints. Thanks but no thanks.
I was disappointed when I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and what was intended to be a I love you to a girlfriend looked like a sympathy arranged for a passed loved one. In case you folks in the flower business don't know - there is a big difference. When I saw the delivered arrangement I was actually embarrassed. Not a single rose that I or my girlfriend could identify. I ordered a peace lily online to be sent to a funeral. It asked in the order process if substitutions were okay, to which I checked "no". I was disappointed to see my green plant with absolutely no blossoms next to two other beautiful in full bloom peace lilies from another flower shop. I contacted the owner, who replied that they do their best for the customer and that the plant would eventually bloom. My daughter was married this last weekend in Kalamazoo. During our initial search for florist in the area we were impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail with the owner, Sharon. The wedding took place at Kanley Chapel, which is beautiful but does have a black pad at the end of each pew that the Bride wanted to have covered. Ordered two corsages - instead of delivering them to my place of employment-the delivery driver takes them to a construction site next door (they were having ground breaking ceremony) and drops them off at the podium at the site. Who delivers to a construction site-they were not address to that location but to the building next door. Now, I'm not one for giving one star reviews, but really had no choice in this instance. Last weekend my sister got married and after her first florist went out of business and recommended Ambati, she decided to go with them. Everything was a-okay until the wedding day, when the flowers that were delivered were....BROWN. Seriously? Dying flowers delivered for a wedding?
