I chose not to add a message to the flowers and was called almost immediately after placing my order to confirm there was no message, which was excellent customer service. Flowers were delivered early enough in the day for them to be enjoyed throughout the office. Flowers looked exactly like the picture of them. It was an easy experience and would absolutely use this company again.
