I found this place on yelp, I went in there because it had good reviews. I went in on Friday to place an order to pick up the next day, everything went fine. I go in the next day to pick up the flower arrangement, and it's not ready. They some how thought I was picking up Sunday, but the receipt clear shows the date for Saturday. I didn't make a big deal. My husband ordered the "premium" upgrade on a bouquet of flowers for me for Valentines Day and after I saw how much he paid for the bouquet that I received I called the shop immediately and asked if maybe the order got mixed up. The person on the other end of the phone kept cutting me off, the person that made the arrangement didn't pay attention to the premium part, and then I was told they were coming back to get the flowers and refund our money.
